Mondays and Wednesday at 9:30am. Super FUN class designed for the over 50 crowd looking for a lower intensity and modified Zumba class with a licensed instructor. Focus on balance, coordination and range of motion. Dance your way to a healthier you! Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring a water bottle.

Strength and Balance Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am!! (Very well attended class so please arrive 15mins early to get a chair) Get fit, improve balance/flexibility and build muscle. We use chairs, weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls all supplied by the community center. Please wear closed-toe shoes and bring a water bottle.

Happy Feet Tuesdays and Thursdays after Strength and Balance class at 10:40am... This 40-45 min class is an "in-place" full body walking workout that will build your cardio, endurance and flexibility. Walking to the beat of the music with different stepping moves as well as backwards walking.

Posing to the Oldies Wednesdays at 11:45am. Low impact, fun group session focusing on building strength, improving balance and heightening your "mind/muscle" connection. Isometric exercises with a fun attitude. Good for those who should not elevate their heart rate yet still providing a good work out. Please note that this class time will change to 9:45am on Wednesdays beginning 2/7/2024

Mat Yoga Gentle Stretch Thursdays at 10:40am after Strength and Balance class - The center provides the mat and everything else you will need. Gentle yoga poses all on the floor on a yoga mat.
